Episode 1 - The Game Begins
Since long ago, on a chess board not so far away, a never ending battle had been raging between two equally powerful armies. Each time the White and the Black armies fought in the game of Chess, one team would emerge the victor, yet the battle would just happen all over again once it was done. It never stopped. Not until one day, when a particular game of Chess would end very differently to all the others. This is the story of that Chess game.
We meet the White team, an enthusiastic group of white warriors ready to rid the world of Black, and the Black team, a scheming collection of black warriors who’ll do anything to rid the world of White.
Amongst all this fighting, the Black King has come up with a new plan to defeat the White Team...
Episode 2 - Black Attack!
The White team get about their day-to-day business, including doing their chores, helping those in need, and most importantly, playing sport. But the White King cannot move fast enough to join in any sporting games, and would rather play "Snap", so he sits out on the excitement.
While the White team are having fun playing a friendly game of cricket, the Black Team come and ruin their game by trying to scare them away. Unfortunately for Black, the White Team escaped over the river, where Black could not follow. They were safe... for now.
Episode 3 - White's Revenge
The White Team have a meeting to discuss how they can get revenge on the Black Team for causing such a fuss.
After many ideas from the White Pawn, they eventually decide to lure Black into the water of the river with a fake bridge, and get them all wet. White Pawn is upset that nobody would listen to his ideas, just because he is smaller than the rest of them.
The White Team set up the fake bridge over the water, and wait for Black to arrive. What will happen next?
Episode 4 - All Tied Up
The White Queen and Knight set out to have a nice game of tennis, when the Queen's racquet breaks. Having not finished with their game, the Queen offers to quickly visit the shop and buy a new racquet so they can continue playing.
On her way back from the shop, however, she is intercepted by the Black King, who has a cunning new plan: Kidnap the White Queen!
Episode 5 - Knight in Shining Armour
The White Queen is missing, and the White King will do anything to get her back, including sending his loyal White Knight on a mission to save her.
The White Pawn wants to help as well, but is not allowed to, since he is too small and young. To prove himself worthy, the White Pawn sets out on his own to save his Queen, without the help of anybody else.
Watch out, because on the way, he'll meet a new friend. You'll never expect who this friend will be!
Episode 6 - Pawn Plan
After the White Pawn rescues the White Queen, the King congratulates the Knight for a job well done, even though it was really the Pawn that did all the saving.
Frustrated, the White Pawn goes to visit his new friend: the Black Pawn, and discuss his woes. Together, the two decide that they need to put an end to all this fighting, and all become friends.
After a timely and appropriate flashback on childhood treasure hunts (and how happy an experience they were) the pawns decide to unite the two teams by organising a friendly treasure hunt. They would need to work together to complete it.
But will it work? Watch the episode to find out.
Episode 7 - The Treasure Hunt
The Black team eagerly set out on the Pawn's treasure hunt, refusing to work with the White Team, and following their map. Likewise, the White Team - who have the key to the treasure chest - chase closely behind, following their enemy’s footsteps.
Soon enough the teams collide, and their meeting erupts in a much anticipated large-scale chase scene! Who will get to the treasure first? And will they have the key that unlocks the treasure chest? The only way to find out is to watch the next episode!
Episode 8 - A Key, a Chest and Some Treasure
Black have found the treasure chest, but they still need the key to unlock the riches inside. Will they work together with White (who have the key) to get the treasure? No. They decide to steal the key instead.
Meanwhile, the White Team thinks it's a good idea to steal the Chest from the Black Team. And after all that theft, they only end up swapping what they own! It now becomes obvious to both teams that they'll have to reach an agreement before they can open the treasure chest.
Episode 9 - Check
Both teams get ready for a negotiation meeting to discuss sharing of the treasure, which they cannot open without each other. But to be safe, they take along with them many water weapons, just in case things turn ugly and grey.
They meet together, and the Kings agree to open the chest and share the treasure, but when they discover it can't be split, they start to fight over who gets to keep it. Their argument sparks a huge water fight, in which the White King gets cornered with his White Team, in Check Mate.
Episode 10 - Check Mate
While the White King is trapped by the water-pistol-armed Black Team, the Black King decides it's his opportunity to laugh and give a long-winded spiel about how good he is, which soon leads to him revealing his love of the game "snap".
The White King, who also loves "snap", asks if the Black King would like to have a game with him. Excited about finally having a snap rival, the Black King accepts, and they have a very slow game of snap while everybody else watches.
Frustrated by this stall in his team's victory, the Black Bishop speaks up and decides to take the treasure all for himself. Stalemate just isn't an option for him.
Immediately, the now befriended Kings realize they have to team up to stop the Bishop from getting away. Another exciting chase scene later, the bishop is stopped, and the Black and White teams finally make peace (piece?) with one another, and became friends.
And with some happy endings all round, the game of Chess is over, and so is another
